• Director of Design and Development:
• Responsible for development of all equipment for the down-hole generation of high pressure, direct contact steam (two-phase water with nitrogen and carbon dioxide) in a heavy oil recovery application. Nozzles were custom designed for fuels which ranged from field gas to heavy produced crude oil; output ranged up to 15 MMBtu/hr, pressures ranged up to 3000 psi.
• Supervised support system development, including computer interfaced monitor/control, and pre-shipment testing.
• Supervised in-house fabrication shop, participated in ASME code shop fabrication and certification of boilers.

• Supervised all field activities including installation and operation of steam generator and suppor system.
• Participated in application for air quality permitting for large engines in South Coast Air Quality District.
• Responsible for specification, acquisition, and operation of large air compression packages (up to 1300 hp each).
• Developed compressor performance computer program for matching company owned air compression packages to application, including clearance volume adjustment for flow control and stage balance.
